Expansion och effektivisering med resultat i miljonklassen
Som rådgivare till Eurosvit s.r.o. i Slovakien tog jag fram en ny layout och ett optimerat logistikflöde för att frigöra ytor, skapa effektivare processer och möjliggöra framtida expansion. Resultatet: en nästan fördubblad omsättning – från €4M till €9M – och förbättrade förutsättningar för fortsatt tillväxt.
We had the privilege of working with Torbjörn Berglund during the period of 2019–2023. During this time, he served as an advisory board member, leveraging his expertise as the Managing Director of Laserkraft AB, which holds a 50% stake in Eurosvit.

In 2018, Eurosvit’s turnover was €3.5 million, and we embarked on an ambitious growth strategy that necessitated significant investments in both machinery and facilities. Torbjörn played a pivotal role in guiding us through this transformational phase by helping us establish a robust long-term strategic plan essential for managing such aggressive growth.
Torbjörn’s contributions were particularly impactful in shaping our sales strategy for the coming years. He provided valuable insights into optimizing our customer portfolio to ensure a balanced and sustainable growth trajectory. Additionally, he placed significant emphasis on building a strong management team and developing an effective organizational structure.
One of his key contributions was advising on the layout of our new facility. Drawing on his extensive expertise and industry experience, he helped us redesign the production workflow, from laser operations to final dispatch. Following his recommendations, we relocated our finished goods warehouse to a separate 2,000 m² building, significantly improving operational efficiency.
As a result of these strategic initiatives, we successfully increased our sales from €4 million to nearly €9 million, alongside a stable improvement in EBIT.
